The Manager of Data Integration is responsible for the daily operations of the ingress and egress of data to and from multiple MediRevv systems through the utilization and configuration of the tools built by the Data Technologies team. This position would also regularly be responsible for interfacing with internal and external partners to understand the requirements for specific data integrations and be responsible for communicating needs to the Data Technologies team. Revenue cycle knowledge and medium technical aptitude would be required for this position.

Job Requirements ? Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
A successful candidate must have proficient knowledge/capabilities in the following areas:
Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
2+ years of experience in revenue cycle.
Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading projects and teams of varying skill levels.
Experience configuring and utilizing Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) solutions a plus.
Attention to detail and capability to apply discretion and sound judgment in managing complex processes, decisions and handling sensitive information.
Strong computer skills including experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Attention to detail and ability to navigate systems with awareness of impact to others
Able to support the vision and values of our company to accomplish the business goals and objectives
