What You'll Do:
Organizes meetings which occur by reserving rooms, notifying staff, requesting agenda topics, agenda completion and creation and distribution of minutes as requested.
Prepares documents as requested, utilizing Word, PowerPoint and/or Excel.
Files, organizes and maintains all department and employee files.
Codes and submits any department bills/invoices.
Maintains schedule request book for Conference Rooms.
Assists Director, Unit Coordinators and clinical educator with various audits (transfers out, restraints, nursing documentation).
Orders all office supplies.
Collects and distributes mail on a daily basis.
Maintains office filing systems, forms and supplies.

High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency.
Two years recent diversified clerical/typing and word processing; Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook experience; utilize e-mail and other various functions
Background in medical terminology preferred.
