Engineering Project Manager Needed!

Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a driven Engineering Project Manager to join their team at the Clinton, IA facility.

As an Engineering Project Manager, you'll be a key part of the Engineering Department, playing a vital role in a $350K safety project. You'll leverage your strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to ensure a successful project outcome. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and prioritizes safety excellence.

Location: Clinton, IA

Pay Range: $80-84/hr

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the $350K safety project, including budget, timeline, and scope.

  • Oversee contractor work and ensure adherence to safety standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the capital budget.

  • Foster a culture of safety within the facility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in capital project management.

  • 1+ years of experience managing budgets.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Prioritization and time management expertise.

  • A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk mitigation.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
