From bike trails and interstate highways to drinking water and wastewater, we have supported municipal and private projects from start to finish since the 1930s.iWe are collaborative, we are impactful, and together as owners-we make a difference.iResponsibilitiesThe work you will doAssist in the preparation of technical reports, data analysis, and data evaluationAssist with CAD work or project estimatesAssist with construction submittal review and construction administrationConstruction observation of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projectsConstruction staking for municipal infrastructure projectsPreparation of permits for municipal wastewater treatment projectsComplete project administration for municipal projects including attending client meetingsAbility to get training and mentoring on project management and client liaison dutiesOther duties as assignedQualificationsWhat you bringSkills and Knowledge / Education and Experience:Minimum 2.75 GPA requiredBachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineeringi(or related) required by May 2021Successful completion of Fundamental of Engineering exam preferrediA valid driveris license requiredPrevious civil engineering intern or co-op experience in the W/WW field requiredPrior W/WW construction inspection experience preferredAutoCADior Civil 3D experience would be a plusA desire to learn more about municipal engineering as it relates to W/WW in a consulting industryThis position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
