Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking a Software Engineer to work onsite at John Deere’s facility in Waterloo, IA. This is a contingent position forecasted for 3 years.
Within this role, you will:
Review, analyze, and modify programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Lead and direct the work of others
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Four or more years of experience with software engineering
Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Model based software experience with MATLAB/Simulink
A wide degree of creativity and latitude
A strong candidate will also have:
Embedded C coding experience
Complex problem-solving skills
* This position is located in Waterloo, IA. Candidates must be able to relocate to this location at their own expense. *
Must be available to work on W2 for Volt. No C2C or 3rd party vendors please.
