Position Description:Provides media project planning and media event support for high profile events on campus; edits video and audio to meet customer needs; and assists with UNI television and digital signage support.A defined career path exists. Based on experience, the successful candidate will be hired into one of two levels of professional opportunity: Assistant Media Production Specialist or Media Production Specialist and will be given the opportunity to progress through the career path by achieving defined performance objectives once employed. Additional duties required for Media Production Specialist position.Percent of Time/Week:100%Service Schedule:Calendar YearEducation Requirements:Bachelor's degree plus at least two years of experience in Audio/visual production experience required. Associate's degree plus at least five years of experience in Audio/visual production experience may be substituted.Required Qualifications:Experience with audio/video editing and excellent communication skills required.
