[Team Staffing is currently searching for candidates for a company in West Burlington to fill their 1^st^ shift assembly positions. Long term placements where candidates must want to grow with the company and be a team player. This company has a growth plan and is willing to increase wages during the probation period depending on attendance and growth. - Run basic machinery to cut, strips or cut wires
- Read blueprints to assemble of wire harnesses
- Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running
- Assemble steering columns, light kits or tractor seats
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Inspect products for quality

- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Candidates must have good attention to detail skills
- Must be able to maintain good attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to learn tasks quickly
