Clinic Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist, Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES: Therapist provides individual therapy to high-risk children, adolescents, and adults. Supports families through individual and family therapy. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Treatment team. Documents clearly, consistently, and in a timely manner all patient care activities and follow-up care.
HOURS: Exempt, Full-time position, 72 hours per pay period. Flexible schedule with hybrid remote option. Primarily works in the Garner Clinic when on site but may work in other clinic locations when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in social work, Counseling, Mental Health, or Psychology from an accredited Graduate School. Ability to independently provide therapy and documentation service for patients in an outpatient setting. Candidate must possess licensure to support reimbursement for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial payor insurance types. Prior experience and Iowa license required.
