Robert Half is partnering with a successful Mortgage company who is adding a Mortgage Processor to their thriving team. The Mortgage Processors will work closely with loan applicants to ensure all financial data is correct, loan applications are accurate, and ensure all provided data is accurate. This individual will assist in supporting four Loan Officers as well as an Attorney in managing information and clients. You will need excellent communicative and interpersonal skills to be successful in the position. Our client is extremely family focused as they believe family comes first and thus provides a great work life balance. Not only will you not have excessive overtime in this role, but you also get a flexible work schedule.

Mortgage Processor Responsibilities::

-Interviewing loan applicants.

-Assisting applicants in selecting the most suitable mortgage option.

-Reviewing loan applications.

-Evaluating applicant financial information including salary, assets, debts and expenses.

-Calculating applicant credit scores.

-Verifying the accuracy of applicant data.

-Approving or rejecting loans.

-Managing real estate loan documentation.

-Ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

-Submitting a detailed loan package to the Underwriting department.

Mortgage Loan Processor Requirements:

-1+ years of mortgage processing experience required, 3+ preferred

-1+ years of lending experience

-3+ years working in an administrative capacity

-Strong technical skills and ability to navigate through multiple software systems

-Exceptional communication and organizational skills

-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

-Previous experience working in a deadline oriented role
