What is the job?
*Support a specification project with other company owned production facilities and their vendors to complete the vendor specification sheets and upload into an internal specification system.
*Gather and input specification details on nearly 8500 packaging components.
*Plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
*Develop the project's objectives and assist with project lifecycle management.
*Perform engineering studies as directed and assist various departments with engineering and maintenance related problems.
What should you bring to the job?
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or in school obtaining).
*Project Management skills for overall project success delivery.
*Communication skills in explaining objectives and guiding others to task completion.
*Cost Consciousness in management project budgets.
*Mathematical skills in reducing risks and improving accuracies.
*Innovation in improving operations.
*Ability to report all food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate action and follow GMP.
*Ability to work independently.
*Experience in use of Rockwell Automation software and control products.
