Laboratory Technician Job Duties: Performs laboratory technical tasks Responsible for the care and maintenance of laboratory equipment Will be required to offer assistance in the operation of the equipment and the gathering of data Assists with receipt and inspection of samples, ordering and stocking Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job Works as a team member Typically reports to a supervisor
