Emerson Valve Condition Monitoring Analyst in Marshalltown, Iowa

If you are an upbeat Valve Condition Monitoring Analyst looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in (X), you will be responsible for analyzing customer data on a regularly scheduled frequency and providing comprehensive reports to our Impact Partners and customers in a timely and quality manner.

As a Valve Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will:

  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing customer diagnostic data using provided software tools.

  • Provide basic remote support to customers through designated platforms or communication channels.

  • Assist in compiling basic reports for customers on a monthly or quarterly basis.

  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, advancing complex issues to senior team members as needed.

  • Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project statuses.

  • Communicate project updates and status in a clear and professional manner to clients.

  • Support senior team members during on-site visits to customer locations for software implementation and configuration.

  • Learn to apply provided software tools for asset management and deployment tasks.

  • Assist in promoting the company's services through various outreach activities

Who you are:

You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations, optimally communicate in various settings, and stayed productive and aligned with your goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • High School diploma

  • 3+ years’ experience as a valve technician, or with a combination of previous service work experience.

  • Proficient in valve diagnostics

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate optimally.

  • Shown customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize with daring timelines with minimal oversight.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge of and prior experience with Fisher products, manufacturing processes and organization preferred.

  • Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process related problems is strongly preferred.

  • Proven track record to quickly learn proprietary systems.

  • Training & delivery experience.
